From the West/Cornwall
Take A38 Exit signposted Tavistock / City Centre (Outland Road). Take 4th exit to City Centre (Outland Road). Pass Plymouth Argyle ground on the left. At the roundabout, take left filter towards town centre. At next roundabout take 2nd exit, up hill, under railway bridge. At top of hill, turn right at roundabout (3rd exit) down Western Approach. Keep to the middle lane at the traffic lights at the bottom of the hill (Toys-R-Us on the right). Continue straight on, passing Plymouth Pavillions on the right. There is no car parking at the Crescent however parking is available in the NCP car park by the theatre and on the surrounding streets.

By Rail
Plymouth Central Station is on the main London to Penzance line with good links from all main stations. Plymouth station is approx 5 minutes drive (or 15 minutes walk) from the practice.

Parking
Please note there is no car parking available at The Crescent as it is a privately owned car park. Parking there may result in you being fined or clamped.

From Tavistock
Take A386 over the A38. You will then join Outland Road. Then follow directions as above From the East/Exeter Join A38 from the end of the M5 at Exeter. Follow A38 to Plymouth. Turn off A38 at Marsh Mills (signed Plymouth Centre). Follow directions to City Centre. At the Bombed out Church roundabout (Charles Cross), bear left, with Staples on the left. Continue over next roundabout into Royal Parade, passing Debenhams on the right, and the Council Office tower on the left. At the New Theatre, turn left, and left again, keeping the Theatre on your left, and the Cinema on the right. Turn left into the Theatre NCP Car Park. From Kingsbridge Follow signs to Plymouth City Centre to Charles Cross Church roundabout, then follow directions as above.

By Air
Plymouth City airport is located approx 15 minutes drive from the practice. There are currently links to London Gatwick, Bristol, Manchester, Newcastle, Dublin, Cork and Jersey. For flight details, go to www.plymouthcity.co.uk/airport.
